Your stay here includes access to the seasonal (May-September long) outdoor pool & hot tub. A short drive from Radium's downtown core (3-minutes) or the mineral hot springs (5-minutes.)

Each bathroom is stocked with essentials (shampoo/conditioner/body wash & a hair dryer) to help lighten the load for you when packing.

Bathroom #1 (Primary Ensuite; Upstairs): Full bath with a stand-alone shower
Bathroom #2 (Upstairs): Full bath with a shower/tub combo
Bathroom #3 (Downstairs): Full bath with a stand-alone shower
Bathroom #3.5 (Main Floor): Half bath


KITCHEN
This kitchen is fully stocked with essentials to complete the home-away-from-home experience.

- Coffee maker (Drip)
- Blender
- Slow cooker
- Fondue set
- Hand mixer
- Fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a toaster.

- Dishwasher tabs
- Paper towel.


LAUNDRY
This unit features an ensuite washer/dryer with laundry pods and dryer sheets for your use.


PARKING
You will have access to the private driveway spot as your designated parking spot. There are additional visitor parking spaces available within the complex.


CHECK-IN/OUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there's something you need during your stay with us.


Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes, and marvel at the grazing big horn sheep with the mountains as your background. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive, and the world-famous Radium hot springs 5 minutes away. If your holiday goals are to recharge and relax, Radium is your destination.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest's name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Any items that are mistakenly left behind that you wish to have returned will be shipped via Cash on Delivery along with a $30.00 admin fee.

7. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.
