Let's begin by discussing the location. Our residence is ideally positioned in central Melbourne. It's merely a 15-20 minute drive to the beach and a quick 15-minute jaunt to downtown, offering a plethora of shopping and dining options to explore.

**ESSENTIALS**

The entire home is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning, so you will always be cool and connected.

The shed is full of “toys”, beach chairs, umbrella, Tent, and Beach cooler. We make it easy to just relax with your toes in the sand or be active in the water. Keep an eye out for the wildlife! You can often see dolphins playing in the ocean, especially during dusk and dawn. During the winter months, bird watching is almost hard not to do. During the summer, you might be able to see turtles laying eggs at night (just make sure not to disturb or frighten them!)

The house is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

We are committed to an enhanced cleaning protocol - a rigorous set of cleaning standards developed with leading health and hospitality experts for the times of COVID-19 and beyond. Please keep in mind that our cleaning services generally take a total of 3 hours, and our cleaning fee is priced accordingly.

There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the house will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the house. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

**SECURITY CAMERAS**
There is a security camera on the exterior of the property. There is no camera inside of the home to ensure your privacy.
