This is a brand new home with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms over four floors. The main floor features a full kitchen with bar seating, a flip-out window for indoor/outdoor dining, an oversized family room with a custom fireplace, a 10-person dining table, and a 1/2 bath. The lower level features a double playroom, family room, and 1/2 bath. The upper two floors have 5 bedrooms and 3 FBs. Nothing was spared in the building of this home. We will rent this home for a short amount of time when we're not using it. Numerous decks and walking distance to the Navy Yard, Freedom Trail and all that Boston has to offer!
