Newly Remodeled Whole House Urban Retreat. Kid and Dog Friendly!
Welcome to your southern California retreat located 30 miles or less from downtown L.A., mountains, the desert, and the beaches. Less than two miles to the Cal State Fullerton campus. Start the morning with coffee on the front porch, and at the end of your busy day, grill and dine on the patio, or bike or walk less than a mile to the downtown known for its many unique restaurants.
Or stay in and relax in the private backyard. Lounge on the daybed in the sun or shade while the kids and dog play safely on the lawn.
Refinished hardwood floors shine in the bedrooms and living rooms with beautiful tile in the baths, kitchen, and dining area. Enjoy the new walk-in showers in the two Master bedrooms. The original updated full bath pairs with the third bedroom which has an entry directly from the back yard. The laundry and the half bath are conveniently located inside the back door.
From this low-traffic cul-de-sac walk or bike less than a mile to the train station served by two Orange County Metrolink routes and two Amtrack routes. Travel to Oceanside, San Diego, and San Luis Obispo without changing trains, or zip down to L. A. Union Station in 30 minutes. Catch a bus for a 20-minute ride that takes you directly to the front gate of Disneyland.
The two-car garage is equipped with a NEMA 15-40 car charging outlet equipped with a Tesla Level 2 adapter for easy overnight EV charging.

We are native Michiganders, and return to our home there each summer. We love hosting guests and friends in our Fullerton home during that time.
Why they chose this property
After looking at a number of other communities we chose Fullerton for its closeness to just about everything--mountains, the beach communities, the desert, and, of course, Disney. We chose our neighborhood for being less than a mile from the train station and bus hub in one direction and Cal State Fullerton in the other.
What makes this property unique
The low-traffic tree-lined street within walking distance of the great downtown restaurants and activities drew us to this home, and after adding two new bathrooms and enlarging the smallest bedroom it is now a very comfortable place to share with friends and family.
