The Property
Step inside our inviting home and be greeted by a charming entrance. Straight ahead, you'll find a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and three barstools. To the right, the dining room features a table that seats eight. The living room offers a 65” Smart Samsung TV, a cozy fireplace, two couches, and 2 chairs.

To the left of the stairs there is a laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. The master bedroom on the right includes a king bed, ceiling fan, full closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a tub, shower, and toilet. A 42” Smart Samsung TV completes the space.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Both rooms feature queen beds, with one also offering a desk. The bathroom includes a tub/shower and toilet. Enjoy a serene screened porch with a table for five, a couch, four chairs, and a grill to the side with steps leading down.

Lower Level:
The downstairs area is an entertainment paradise with a daybed and twin trundle (two twins), a pool table, bar, 50” Smart Samsung TV, and a game table that seats four. There's also a lockable closet, a sectional couch that seats six, bunk beds, and another Smart Samsung TV.

Outdoor Amenities:
Outside, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy the water with two paddleboards and two kayaks with paddles. The swing chair is perfect for lounging, and the firepit has seating for four and can add more.. The dock also offers seating for four, alongside a boathouse with tie-ups on both sides with seven feet of water.

Full access of the house except for locked owners closets and garage..

Other details to note
We provide a starter set of supplies including dish soap, paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, and dish soap. Basically, enough to last a few days.

Boats and jetskis are privately owned and are not part of the rental.

Please note there is a wooden post in the driveway dividing our property from our neighbors, Please look out for the post. There will be a $100 Charge if that post is damaged.
