Welcome to The Gathering, a private 12-acre retreat perfect for family gatherings, retreats or couples getaways up to 16. This sanctuary is designed to whisk you away on an unforgettable vacation like no other! Located just minutes from Wimberley Square, and nestled in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, this 4700 sq ft home, surrounded by majestic oak trees and sweeping hill country vistas, awaits your arrival. It's a haven designed to create cherished memories that will linger for a lifetime.

This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay. The pickle ball court is shared between the two houses. The guest house does not have access to the pool, hot tub, dinking court, or grill unless the whole property is rented.

-Pre-arrival form & rental agreement: we do ask for a copy of your ID as part of our guest screening process after the reservation is confirmed. You will also be asked to sign a rental agreement.

- When you stay with HOSTÎE Vacation Rentals, you are covered for any accidents that might happen up to $5000 with the added fee of $79 in your total. Coverage details are spelled out in your rental agreement. This is applied to directing bookings & VRBO bookings (this does not apply to Airbnb bookings).

- This property may have other guests on the property at the time of your stay. The pickle ball court is shared between the two houses. The guest house does not have access to the pool, hot tub, dinking court, or grill unless the whole property is rented.

- Spa Usage and Maintenance Fee:
Our property features an above-ground spa for your relaxation and enjoyment. To ensure it remains clean and safe for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:
1. **Proper Use**: Please follow all provided instructions for spa use. Avoid using any oils, lotions, or other substances that may contaminate the water.
2. **Hygiene**: Shower before using the spa to help maintain water quality.
3. **Drainage Fee**: If the spa requires draining and refilling due to improper use or excessive contamination during your stay, a maintenance fee of [150] will be charged.
We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the spa in excellent condition for everyone.

- For liability and security purposes, there are external cameras facing the party barn and on the outdoor gazebo facing the pool. There are NO inside cameras. Hosts may monitor external cameras at any time via a smartphone app, and cameras are not to be tampered with or covered.
