Spacious carport that will accommodate up to four midsize cars and a convenient fenced outdoor space complete with a turf grass lawn. Great space for lounging or playing outdoor games. Conveniently located right across from the community pool and hot tub & just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, golf cart rental, and shops.
