Thank you for your interest in Serenity! We would love for you to stay in our Asheville themed home. However, we also value your time and want to help you make an informed decision regarding your stay in Asheville. With that in mind, here are our thoughts on who is probably most interested in our house:

-Groups who want a country feel while maintaining close proximity to downtown Asheville (about 6 miles).
-Groups who want to enjoy beautiful views from a spacious deck.
-Groups looking to check out nearby attractions such as Chimney Rock Park, Biltmore Estate & Winery, Blue Ridge Mountains, North Carolina Arboretum, Great Smokey Mountain National Park, and Grandfather Mountain.
-Adventure seekers looking for a headquarters to crash in after a long day enjoying all the great hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking, and other things Asheville has to offer.

- Larger groups. More than 7 people would have difficulty sharing the 2 full bathrooms.
- Those looking for long-term rentals. We only offer up to 4 weeks stay at a time (please see 'Rates').
- Those looking for an all-inclusive resort experience. This property is a 'real' house in a residential community. There is no slope-side skiing or 24 hour gym onsite. Relaxing is the main activity!
- NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family being highly allergic to animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family members and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule.

Enjoy a stay at Serenity!
We enjoyed our stay at Serenity! We looked at a ton of houses before booking but we were very happy with our choice! The house is convenient to downtown Asheville (about 12-15 min). There were 6 adult women in our party and the house was very comfortable for us. The rooms are nicely decorated and the house was a great place to stay. Each room comes with a white noise machine which some of our party felt was a great touch! The area is fairly quiet though the house is right off a fairly busy road but this wasnā€™t an issue for us. June was a wonderful host and left us the sweetest notes and a little welcome package. These personal touches made our stay so special! Weā€™d recommend Serenity to anyone visiting the Asheville area!

Christmas stay
Home is very nice & comfortable, spacious. Everything clean & in working order. Host was excellent - decorated every room for Christmas, & provided much extra detail of kitchen equipment so we could plan Christmas dinner menu accordingly. As additional unexpected treat, we enjoyed the many beautiful views driving to the home from hwy 40 along Newfoundland Rd.

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great for us and close to downtown. The little details were so cute, the house was decorated for Fall and there was notes and a goody bag which was such a cute extra touch. The house was very clean and roomy. We would stay here again.

We had a great experience. Zero complaints at all. The house is in a great location, it was also clean and cozy. Our host went above and beyond which only helped make our stay even better. I would highly recommend staying here, I will try and stay here again when I visit Asheville myself!

June's place was on a quiet street but just a few blocks from a grocery store and a few minutes drive to downtown Asheville. We loved both the house and how easy it was to explore Asheville from the location!

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. The house was in a convenient location, had plenty of space and was very clean. June was a great host and was very communicative during the whole process. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

This lovely home was perfect for our reunion with 4 adult women. The 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms were well equipped and comfortable during our stay. Two Family Weekender
We had two adults and two teenagers in town for a weekend of baseball and needed a central location to multiple fields. This home was perfect. The layout was perfect. The location was perfect. The host was perfect. We couldnā€™t have asked for anything better. It was right priced and very convenient. From sweet welcome notes to the crew, good luck notes to the boys, gift bag of local goodies and even mints on the pillows.. no details left unturned. Donā€™t sleep on this one, when you visit Asheville. The drive isnā€™t that bad into downtown itā€™s a few more minutes than if staying in town but if youā€™re with the right peopleā€¦. You will never even know it took a few more minutes to get there! Thanks again, June. Canā€™t wait to come back.

Wonderful Vacation
Just got home from Asheville and this property didn't disappoint. Location is just outside downtown Asheville, very easy to get to all the main attractions without being right on top of all the traffic. We truly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this property to other friends who will be visiting Asheville. June always communicated with me and even added a very special touch for my parents 50th Ann. She was wonderful!

The house was perfect for us. Pleanty of space to sleep,play and eat. The location was great, both close to my son's house and convenient distance to events we attended. The only down side and the reason for the #4 rating was the busy,noisy road on the side of the property and no outdoor grill. We will come again.

Fantastic stay over for a bikers trip!
Stayed over for 3 nights for a bike trip from atlanta to blue ridge parkway. Location was a out 20 minutes /15$ Uber ride to downtown. House is very spacious with 4 beds, 4 bedrooms and plenty of outside, kitchen and other space for 4 guys or families. Property Mgr was super helpful, couldn't have asked for more!

Great place to stay
The house is next to the road and sometimes can be noisy but not bad. I wish we had more floor mat on master bathroom because the floor can be very cold in front of the sink and toilet. The house is in decent location from downtown around 15 mins. The house is big and clean. I sitll recommend to stay as the price is also great.
