Outdated Room

The unit was very spacious but needs updating. Limited utensils in the kitchen. The couches were extremely low and therefore hard to get out of. The view was awesome and the property was very well maintained.

awesome views

Everything was great. Wish there was a balcony to sit out.. Saw lots of dolphins. Wish there was an area to leave unopened food stuffs.. Hate to throw unused items away..

Happy Fiddler #402

It was all practically exactly the same as it was 5 years ago when we stayed there with family This stay was only the wife and I and we enjoyed ourselves immensely The beach got busy on the weekend as expected But We believe there were a few locals that used the parking convenience and used the beach We still had a great time and it helped a lot that we had been there before Almost like locals ourselves now lol We did discard the 2 red beach chairs after taking them down to the beach and finding out that they were already broken Sorry for not saying anything till now about them But Didn’t figure you wanted them back up in the laundry room for someone else to possibly get hurt on All in all a great time and the cost only went up around $300 If I recollect from 5 years ago Thank you and hopefully it won’t take us another 5 years to revisit Thanks again John & Susie Ohio

This is the second time we've stayed here and it never let's us down! Amazing views and just a great place to stay!! We've stayed at a lot of places in the area this is by far the best place we've stayed at! We have found our home away from home!

Beautiful views

The property was great for the price and location. It could use a few small touches to make it better. Dish washer not pinned so leaned forward when loaded and pull out mattress springy. Carpet in bad condition but otherwise very clean and the view was spectacular.

Very disappointing. So many issues with this unit: We had to contact mgmt as soon as we arrived, because the door would not lock and we didn’t feel safe staying. They immediately returned my call and contacted maintenance. The next day, came and installed an interior lock on the door. Unit is dirty and outdated except for some of the kitchen. Half bath was the nicest room. No ice maker, dishwasher was not mounted, every time we used it, tipped forward when loading and unloading. Carpet is nasty, killed a HUGE cockroach in living room. We had to clean upon check in. Looked like the only thing done prior was beds made and bathrooms stocked. The dining room chairs are very old reddish color velvet or something similar and terribly stained and had sand all over. Thankfully, a vacuum cleaner was left in the closet, so I vacuumed the chairs, along with every other surface I could reach. Furniture in unit is old and shows it. Master bathroom tile in need of cleaning or replacing. Washer and dryer worked, but also very old and worn. Holes in several walls, the windows looking out to the beach look to be rotted and falling along the bottoms. We will not be recommending this unit and will definitely NOT be booking again.

The trip was great except for the hurricane that rolled in on Wednesday and we had to evacuate Monday evening. We were able to go back on Thursday But not until we had to spend 3 nights in a hotel. I'm still waiting for confirmation from the Eye trip representative regarding the refund for the 3 nights that we were not able to stay in the condo

We really enjoyed the location. However the rental unit needed upgrades. The lighting was dim, there were no sheets for the sofa bed. The beach chairs were flimsy and there was no cooler. We ended up purchasing a small red cooler which we left there for future guests. Also, the shower curtain rod in the first bathroom fell down, and the dishwasher was not securely attached. The carpets were dirty and there were holes in the walls and the flooring was separating.

Absolutely amazing!

My family and I loved this condo. It’s convenient to the beach, local eateries and some local shopping. It’s quiet and offers everything that one would need, especially amazing views of the beach. We will definitely return!

Our Happy Place

We love this unit. This is the 3rd time we have booked it over the last 6 years. 2 years ago, it was a little disappointing because it needed some sprucing up and repairs. But this year there are definitely some improvements and we have fallen in love with it all over again. It's so convenient to anything or anywhere you would like to see or do. Walking distance Crabbt Bills and the famous ice cream parlor. Minutes from Clearwater Beach and St Pete Beach.

First Stay

The property was very well maintained and the property management were always helpful. The only items I didn't like where the grill was not maintained, was extremely dirty and was hard to light. The bathtub was pretty to look at but was so large the water heater heater wasn't large enough to fill to a decent level for bathing and became cold very quickly.

The location is great with several restaurants within walking distance. The condo is dated, but clean and well equipped with everything you need except for an ice maker in the refrigerator. I give this place a 9 out of 10!

Beds need some major attention

Beautiful location. Limited kitchen supplies. Refrigerator was full of water soon arrival. Water was turned off during our stay with no warning or contact by location. No lamps were on switches and most didn’t work. It could really be something amazing with some attention, but nothing ruined our week at the beach.
