New to the rental market this year. 2 bedrooms 1 bath rental quiet dead end private road on private pond. View of pond from every window. Sit outback on the lawn feel the nice breeze off the pond.50 feet off water from back of house. Canoe,paddle boat for you to enjoy. Fishing is great!

My husband and I have lived here on this beautiful estate in Charlestown for many years. My grandfather and grandmother settled here on this property over 100 years ago. Enjoy the pond on the back side of the house for swimming, canoeing, fishing, relaxing.
We are a fun loving and outgoing couple. We live on the 7 acre property and won't bother you at all . We know all the great places to go ...come stay and live like a local..you will be glad you did !
