The space

This 3,075 sq ft| 286 sqm two-story home is perfect for families and friend groups traveling together to the vacation capital of the world to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. The home is inside the Reunion Resort Community. Just please note this property does not have access to the other clubhouse amenities nor to the water park. However, you’ll find plenty of fun at home, enjoying the pool, sun deck, and tropical vibes!

The main spaces of the home:

– LUMINOUS OPEN FLOOR PLAN – wonderful for interacting with your family and loved ones.

– THE MAIN LIVING ROOM features plush sofas and a wall-mounted Smart TV for relaxing downtime moments at home. There is direct access through sliding glass doors that lead to the pool area.

– The living room has a BAR area with a WINE FRIDGE!

– A FULLY-EQUIPPED KITCHEN with granite countertops, quality appliances, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. And, of course, the essential extras like a COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, and even a DISHWASHER for easy clean-ups!

– BREAKFAST BAR with 3 cushioned bar stools for extra dining spots at mealtime.

– A DINING AREA with a big table to accommodate 8 for a peaceful sit-down meal  at home.

– A BACK PATIO and PRIVATE POOL with a sun deck and loungers, and a COVERED DINING AREA and a BBQ grill (for a rental fee per stay). It’s the perfect setup for pool days/nights at home!

– 5 BEDROOMS, ALL w/PRIVATE EN-SUITE BATHROOMS & a HALF BATH to accommodate 10 as such:

Guest access

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home and private pool during your stay.

Other things to note

**IMPORTANT NOTE: This property DOES NOT have access to Encore Reunion’s Waterpark onsite.

There are surveillance cameras at the property for security reasons and to ensure guest safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

* Barbecue / Grill is charged an extra fee of U$65.00 + taxes per stay and it includes one propane tank and final cleaning – If the house has one, it needs to be requested preferably before check in date.

* Pool Heat is charged an extra fee of $30.00 + taxes per night and it must be for the entire stay – If applicable, it needs to be requested 2 days before check in date.
