Bradenton Pool Home on the water !!
Remodeled, modern feel house. This tropical setting includes an outdoor oasis with a heated pool with gr ado and hot tub. The property is on the water, and has an open boat lift up to 20,000 lbs and up to 38'. Can use boat lift for $100 with instructions. Very large deck surrounding pool, and doors equip with safety alarms. Large flat screen TV's in living room and every bedroom. Close to grocery store, and full kitchen with cooking equipment and gas barbecue 15 - 20 minute drive to the beach.

There is a shell driveway on the side of the house, as well as a carport and loop driveway for parking. If you will need the shell driveway for a trailer let us know ahead of time.
To heat pool is $30 a night or $150 a week to heat
