Beautiful Jupiter Bay Villa in the Resort with 2 heated pools, hot tub, tennis courts and restaurant/bar. Fully renovated second floor condo offers 2 bedrooms (3 beds: 2 king-sized beds in the bedrooms and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room) and 2 bathrooms.
Private quiet location within walking distance to the beach. The area offers a fantastic selection of dining options, restaurants, supermarket and parks.
THE SPACE: The villa is in gorgeous 30-acre Resort: 2 heated swimming pools with spa, tennis courts and bocce court, a lake with the bridge and waterfall, onsite restaurant Twisted Tuna. Our villa is in two-story building and it has the private entrance. All appliances are new and top rated! Small appliances are provided: hair dryers in each bathroom, iron and ironing board, 2 different coffee makers, toaster, toaster-oven. TVs in the living room and bedroom. You would love additional large stylish frame TV in the dining area. It is last of the top technologies with the fantastic picture quality and great sound.
All beach gear is waiting for you: beach chairs, umbrella, cooler and beach towels.
Jupiter Bay Resorts is near to Carlin Park – tennis courts, pickle ball courts and exercise trail.
It also just across the street from the Riverwalk and Harbor Side where you can enjoy upscale restaurants and shops surrounded by gorgeous yachts and water sport activities.
Publix grocery store is also within walking distance.
Local transportation may be in style with Zeke’s Golf Cart Taxi Service.
As your Host we will do our best to make your holiday unforgettable and create memories for years to come!
GUEST ACCESS: Guests have full access to the whole Jupiter Bay Resort.
Parking permit is required for every vehicle for overnight parking. There is a $25 per vehicle HOA parking fee (subject to change) for your stay. It is important to complete the HOA Documents and return them in order to obtain a parking permit. Without a parking permit your vehicle may be towed.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Motorcycles, boats, trailers, pickup trucks are not allowed to park on the property.
Dogs under 20 pounds are allowed on the property.
Please note the property has a smart lock. The code will be provided upon arrival.
