Disaster

The room should not have been rented. The refrigerator was not working which they new in advance. They said a repairman was coming but it was never repaired. The shower was extremely difficult to turn on, barely functional with zero water pressure. The room was clean with zero amenities. Not even an extra garbage bag or hand towel.The listing did not say that linens and towels were not included. It was in the fine print when they reviewed and accepted my application. There was no one to speak to upon arrival.I spent more time texting and calling the real estate agency handling the property than enjoying the vacation, Never was allowed to speak to the owner directly. Booked for 5 nights. left after 2.
