Charming Bungalow- great location & price!
You’ll love this cute cozy 1912 house- New kitchen, bathroom, furniture… everything! It’s the best of both worlds- old world charm, yet hip vibe with crisp clean modern convenience! Professionally decorated to appeal to all those ‘Chip & Joanne fans’ in a industrial farm house look. Its close to the downtown restaurants & shopping, race track, the casino, the lake, hiking, world-class mountain-biking trails, & MORE! Come stay & rejuvenate!! One well-behaved dog is allowed w a $55 pet fee.
The space
After you walk into the foyer, there is a nice living room, and a open brand new beautiful kitchen, stocked with everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal. There are two private bedrooms, each with a queen size bed with wonderful new foam mattresses, and a beautiful bathroom that boasts a huge walk-in shower. The house was just TOTALLY remodeled & professionally decorated w a hip industrial/ farm house vibe, modern elements joined with the charm of 1912. Crisp clean yet comfortable- you’ll love it! GREAT location too- super close to both bath houses & race track / casino! The deck/ pergola on the front of the house is large enough to lounge too!
One well-behaved dog is allowed with a $55 pet fee, and with permission possibly a second dog for an additional $25.

This is a great central location, in between the bath houses and the casino /racetrack (only 1 mile to each), 1 mile from convention center, & 3 Miles from the magic springs theme park & to Lake Hamilton. Close to everything you might want to do!!

Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because it is a charming reclaimed older neighborhood, and a fabulous location between the bath houses and restaurants, the convention center, and the race track/casino! Also right next to the national park, and close to so many outdoor activities as well!
What makes this property unique
What makes his property unique, is that although it is over 100 years old, because it has been so well restored it seems new… But still true it's original character!
