Kickstart your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, soaking up the morning sun on the outdoor couch that comfortably seats six while basking in breathtaking golf course views. As the day unfolds, treat yourself to a stroll through the Indian Palms neighborhood, offering lush greenery and tall palm trees. You may even see some geese roaming around as well. Get the evening started by cooking some steaks on the built-in gas BBQ while enjoying some drinks next to the fireplace. The dining table seats 6 outside and there are also 5 bar chairs around the BBQ as well. You can also enjoy a game of ping pong in the garage for some extra fun!

Occupants of the Short-Term Rental shall be prohibited from using all outdoor amenities and/or engaging in outdoor games or any outdoor activities that create noise between the hours of 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM Sunday through Thursday and 10 PM and 8 AM Friday and Saturday.

Indoor:
This vacation home opens to a spacious living room with a family kitchen. There is plenty of room in the living room to lounge in front of a 70-inch Smart television and natural gas fireplace with comfort. Stay cool under the switch-controlled ceiling fan, and enjoy lying back on the couch. The casual dining area features a dining table with seating for 6. The fully-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar area for two, and next to the sink is a filter water system as well. It offers everything one would need to create their perfect meal, including granite countertops. No spices, condiments, or oils are provided.

Bedroom Descriptions:
- Master Suite 1 is located next to the living room and features a King-sized Bed, a 50-inch Samsung smart TV, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a walk-in closet with access to the side patio. The private en suite bathroom features an extra large shower, his and her vanity plus a make-up area, perfect for any special occasion

- Suite 2 is located next to the garage and features a King-sized bed with a 40-inch Dynex TV, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, walk-in closet. The private en suite is a shower only with a vanity sink. The best feature of the house is this room the Mortal Combat arcade which has 14 different games, fun for all generations.

Bonus Room is located across from the laundry room, and is an office with a queen sofa sleeper, a remote-controlled ceiling fan, and a 42-inch Samsung TV.

Hallway Bathroom 3 is located next to the laundry room and has a combo tub and shower with a vanity sink.
