A Taste of Maine

I had the pleasure of staying in Jared & Heather's carriage house and it was wonderful. Great communication from the host, high end appliances, bath amenities, and furnishings. Wish I could have stayed longer!

We'll be back!

Amazing location and beautiful little property. Everything was immaculate and welcoming, and we felt so taken care of, down to the small touches like just the coffee we like! Communication was great and timely, too. We'll definitely be back next time we are in Maine!

Summer Maine Trip 2024

This property exceeded my expectations with its charming exterior holding true to its original character while offering a modern exceptional interior filled with amenities. It is clear that the owners had a vision to provide the ultimate guest experience. They were also very responsive to my questions and invited me over for a glass of wine. I cannot wait to make a return trip and stay longer!

Our stay with Jared and Heather in their beautiful carriage house was not just our best VRBO experience, it was itself a highlight of the trip. Comfortable Luxury!

My Companion and I spent a wonderful Friday to Sunday weekend at this property, and it comfortably exceeded our expectations. From the professional-quality range and spotlessly clean exhaust fan, to the media room with large, comfortable sectional and over-large television, to the bedroom containing a single queen bed with luxurious sheets, pillows and bedding, this home is in a class of its own in Bath, Maine. The owners emigrated from the American Coastal South and are passionate about New England's history. They are easy to talk to and strive for a personalized guest experience. Expect as much interaction with the hosts as you desire - none at all, up to sharing a bottle of wine from their extensive cellar, on their deck. We recommend this place to anyone visiting Bath, Maine or its surroundings, as a very rare find. James Hendele Belmont, MA
