You'll have a great time at this comfortThe whole group will be comfortable in this 9000 SF Waterfront Mansion/Pool/Boat Dock/Theater. Fort Pierce is a city on the east coast of Florida. Nearby, Fort Pierce Inlet State Park has a long beach, where swimming and surfing are popular.

Note: Due to the operational limitations of external pool heaters, they will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees Fahrenheit.able place to stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire home and outdoor areas, including pool, BBQ Grill, Wi-Fi, limited parking ( 6 cars only), coffee maker, washer, dryer and the clay tennis court.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood with a mix of single-family homes and apartments. There are a few schools and parks in the area, as well as a few small businesses.
Overall, the area around the house is a safe and family-friendly place to live.

Other Things to Note:
Commercial activities and video recording for commercial purposes are strictly prohibited on the premises.

The payment of an additional $1,500 security deposit will be required prior to your arrival. If the booking is for local residents, there will be an additional deposit required. If you book within 7 days, there will be an additional deposit. The additional deposit is $500 for houses with 5 bedrooms or less and $1000 for houses that has more than 5 bedrooms. Security deposits can't be paid via Credit card.
2-night bookings require an additional security deposit.


There is a small fee to have the pool heated.
