Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full condo with the exception of a few locked closets and the unfinished basement.
The Neighborhood:
Newly constructed Executive Townhome that boosts views of Blue Mountain with easy access to the activities in the Village.
Getting Around:
The unit comes with parking for 2 cars. There is a designated driveway spot that fits 1 car and an additional 1 parking spot in the garage. As guests of the property you have access to the free on demand shuttle service to Blue Mountain Village. You will not need a car to access all the amenities at Blue.
The Village at Blue Mountain is a 5-10 minute walk or 1 minute drive from the property. You are within a 10-15 minute drive to surrounding Downtown Collingwood and Thornbury.
Other Things to Note:
You must not have more than 8 people (including children) in the property. This rule is strictly enforced, fines between $500 -$1000 can be issued by by-law if the occupancy limit is exceeded.
There is parking for a maximum of 2 cars. The Garage MUST be used as one of the parking spaces along with the driveway if bringing 2 cars. This is a requirement of the STA licence Bi-Law.
