This unit is located inside a gated complex and boasts a small grassy area that connects to the scenic beach walk. this ground floor condo provides one free parking space right outside your door and is just steps away from the pool and hot tub. Granite and tile finishes, soaking tub, and a well stocked kitchen. This is an ideal spot for your beach vacation. Must be 25+ to rent.

MASTER BEDROOM: King bed. Dual vanity sinks, soaking tub, toilet room, walk in shower. Flat screen TV. Walk in closet.

ADDITIONAL BEDROOM: Queen bed. Tv. Walk in closet. Shared bathroom down the hall.

BUNK ROOM: Full bed on bottom. Twin on top. Tv in room.

LIVING ROOM: Sleeper sofa.

TVs in every room. Large smart TV in living room.

Quality sheets and towels.

Dishwasher detergent, two trash bags, 4 k-cups, dish soap, hand soap, on roll paper towels, and one roll toilet paper included. Drip coffee and Keurig available.

Washer & Dryer in unit.

BEACH TOYS provided. Sand toys, two boogie boards, and two beach chairs.

Keyless entry (digital code).

- ONE FREE parking pass. THIS UNIT has 1 free parking spot in the complex. ****
All units have only one spot. Additional parking is located around the corner at Geronimo RV Resort for $30/day. Please CALL AHEAD of time to let them know you are coming if you need more parking spaces. Located at 75 Arnett Ln.

This unit is NON SMOKING. No vaping or marijuana as well. If you smoke you will be kicked out with no refund.

This unit is also PET FREE. Sorry you will have to leave your pets.

Once inside the condo complex, you are welcome to use the pool, hot tub, and splash pad.
