New Appliances, Bathrooms, Beds, Furniture, TV’s and Grill. New outside deck/porches. Includes a dock and boat launch access with trailer parking. Very easy to and from all the Great Smoky Mountain attractions. Just 20 min to downtown Sevierville, 30 min to Pigeon Forge, 40 minutes to Gatlinburg. Grocery, gas stations within 5 miles. Enjoy the peace, privacy and beautiful views of Truman’s Point. Please note, Douglas lake is a reservoir and controlled by the TVA. Lake levels rise and fall. The lake is at full pool from May through August depending on rain fall and the gangway/dock is at the steps during those months. The gangway & dock follow the water level and can be accessible from April through October. You have to walk up and down to wherever the shoreline is to use it. This cove (Perry Branch) does hold water all year round unlike many areas on Douglas where the water goes completely out. Please Google Douglas Lake water level to see charts.
