This luxury resort has a huge clubhouse with many entertainments for your vacation, including a large zero-entry resort style swimming pool, lazy river, double waterslide, children water park, spa/hot tub, bar, cabanas, fitness center, game room, mini-golf course, cornhole court, sand volleyball court, basketball court, coffee and ice-cream shop and much more!

We would like to inform the Resort's updated parking regulations to ensure a pleasant stay for everyone.

Each property is allowed a maximum of 4 or 5 vehicles, depending on the lot size. Please check your specific property's limit upon arrival.

Important Points to Remember:
These vehicle limits apply to both staying guests and any visitors they might have. Once the vehicle limit is reached per property, no additional vehicles will be allowed in  the resort.
Example:
If a guest is staying from June 1st to 10th and has registered 4 cars for their home (and this is the limit for it), no other vehicle will be allowed for that property. This rule remains in effect even if a registered guest vehicle leaves early.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep.
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL and FEDEX will leave it at the door step.
For extra security, you may wish to send the packages to our Master Vacation Homes office for pick-up before and during your stay for a small fee. Please let us know and we'll provide you the address!



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

*** Barbecue / Grill is charged an extra fee of U$65.00 + taxes per stay and it is included one propane tank and final cleaning, it needs to be requested preferably before check in date.

*** Pool / Spa Heat is charged an extra fee of $30.00 + taxes per night and it must be for the entire stay If applicable, it needs to be requested 2 days before check in date.

*** Please, note the Spa is not a jacuzzi or hot tub. The pool and the spa will be heated at same temperature if the heat is turned on.
