It includes multiple living spaces, a fully stocked kitchen and dining area to enable guests to feel at home.

Experience breathtaking views and 200 feet of direct access to Green Bay, ideal for various water activities. Our seasonal dock and available kayaks provide opportunities for paddling, or you can fish right from the property. When you're not swimming in Green Bay's refreshing waters, you'll love the proximity to Chandoir’s Dock County Park and Boat Launch, and the picturesque Potawatomi State Park, perfect for hiking, biking, and nature exploration. Downtown Sturgeon Bay is just minutes away, offering shopping, dining, art galleries, and all the charms of Door County.

We love our family dogs and welcome yours too! Your well-behaved dog is allowed with prior approval. This property allows 1 dog. There is a fee of $50 per dog/ per night, collected separately and approximately one week before your check-in date.

This property is located in a quiet community with neighbors and is geared towards quiet family vacations. Due to the proximity of neighbors and municipal restrictions, we cannot accommodate parties at the property including bachelor or bachelorette parties, reunions, weddings, or other gatherings.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, blender and a toaster
A traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig are provided
Dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, crock pot, baking sheets, kitchen towels, hot pads, grill utensils and wine glasses are also at the property
*Ice maker is not provided

Dock installed seasonally, dates fluctuate typically between Memorial Day and Labor Day
Watercraft docking is NOT allowed
Water is approximately 3 feet deep at end of dock
Bottom is rocky and transitions to sand at about 3 feet deep
Water is swimmable pending water conditions and water shoes are recommended
Shoreline is grassy

1 adult medium, 1 adult small, 2 youth and 1 infant life vests provided
 
Provided:
• Bed linens, pillows, blankets, and bathroom towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.
• We provide a starter pack of essentials which includes toilet paper, paper towel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and garbage bags. Due to septic systems, we do not provide facial tissue.
• We supply one each of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bodywash per full bathroom.
• Due to health and safety guidelines made by the health department, all pantry items must be removed between guests. Please bring cooking essentials you might need such as cooking oil/spray, salt, pepper and other spices, sugar, etc.

Door County is full of many amazing things to see and do! We recommend that you check out Destination Door County, and the visitor's bureau online, to help map out your vacation. "Door County Vacationers" is also a great FB group to join to get recommendations on everything from favorite restaurants to favorite tours, places to rent boats, and things to do.
