The second level of the home offers four bedrooms. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a balcony with ocean views, king bed, and an attached bathroom with a shower and separate tub. The second bedroom on this level of the home has a king bed and balcony with ocean views. Bedroom three offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower tub combo. The fourth bedroom includes one king bed and one queen bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third and fourth bedrooms both boast views of the Russell Burgess Coastal Preserve.

The four remaining bedrooms are located on the third level of the home and mirror the arrangement on the second floor. The primary bedroom on the third floors also has an ensuite bathroom with shower and separate tub, and two of the secondary bedroom on this floor also offer ensuite bathrooms with shower/tub combos.

This spacious thoughtfully-designed home is open concept, with the kitchen opening to the dining room and living room so your group can all gather in one space. The dining area seats 10 guests at the gorgeous wooden table, with seating for 4 more at the kitchen counter.

The living room is situated on the main level of the home and is kitted with an HDTV with a Roku entertainment system, allowing full access to your favorite streaming services. Cable channels are provided on this television.

The large game room offers a pool table and an arcade counsel with 63 games. Watch golf, football, or a movie on the 65” smart TV that includes cable channels.

☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆

The exterior area of this home boasts gorgeous ocean and marsh views and ample space for groups to gather. A balcony leading from the main level looks out over the ocean, allowing you to appreciate the breathtaking views from this exclusive home. Watch the sunrise over the ocean and enjoy your morning coffee from the second floor balcony that is accessible from two of the second floor bedrooms. Wind down with a glass of wine and listen to waves from the third floor balcony that is accessible from the two of the third level bedrooms.

Walk directly across the street, just 60 feet, to set up for the day on Cherry Grove Beach.

Guests also have access to the amenities and activities that the Grand Cayman Villas community has to offer. This includes a shared outdoor pool and hot tub as well as a putting green and outdoor grills. You'll find that there are usually one one or two other families at the pool.

PLEASE NOTE: the pool is open April 1st to October 31st. The hot tub closes in early January and reopens in late February.


Guest access
Guests staying at this beach oasis home have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Take time to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views from three different balconies or spend your time making memories playing pool or arcade games in the game room. There are ten smart TVs in the home, along with an entertainment system powered by Roku. You are welcome to use the laundry area and all common areas except for a few storage closets.

This home is located in the Grand Cayman Villas community, which allows access to additional amenities for guests including a shared pool and hot tub, where there is rarely more than a handful of other guests. Guests also have access to an outdoor putting green and outdoor grills. A unique barcode will be given to guests prior to their stay, granting them gate access to the estate.

The home is fitted with a smart door lock and free parking for four vehicles is available on the premises, with additional paid parking down the street (on a first come, first serve basis).

Other things to note
Must be 25-years-old or older to book this home. We require a valid id to prove age.

We require a the primary booker to sign a Guest Agreement on behalf of their group.

No parties. While we understand that guests will gather for celebration amongst their group, no parties or outside guests are allowed.

No pets of any kind allowed.

No smoking allowed in the home or on the balconies.

The pool is open April 1st to October 31st. The hot tub closes in early January and reopens in late February.

For guest safety and security, security cameras have been installed in exterior entryways.

Four onsite parking spaces are provided, and additional paid parking can be found a few blocks away.
