Nestling at the foot of the Cévennes forest, our estate, a meticulously restored 18th-century silkworm farm, has now been reimagined as a complex of five eco-gîtes.

At Terres Aoyama, every detail is designed to offer you an exquisite holiday experience, blending the charm of a bygone era with the finest contemporary comforts.

A spacious retreat accommodating 10 to 12 guests, featuring 5 bedrooms, each with its own unique style. Three bedrooms have their own bathrooms, providing comfort and convenience. Adorned with elegant French furnishings and soft pastel tones, Amande offers a tranquil escape for guests to relax and unwind in style.

Guests at gîte Amande can enjoy a variety of activities on the estate, including a tennis court, a 12-metre swimming pool, a spa (jacuzzi, sauna and massages), yoga sessions, and an organic vegetable garden. These facilities are shared with the other four gites, providing plenty of opportunities to meet new people, relax or enjoy the great outdoors.

Their unique concept—a French bulldog named Raymond exploring Tokyo—led to success and a contract with Japan's national broadcaster.

Jonathan's passion for animal welfare and vegetarianism sparked the creation of CITRON, a dog-friendly French vegetarian restaurant in Tokyo's Aoyama district. CITRON quickly became a culinary landmark, renowned for its organic cuisine and Parisian ambiance. After eight years, Jonathan decided to return to France.

In 2022, he acquired an 18th-century silk farm, "Le Mas Aoyama," in the Gard department of Occitanie, with plans to transform it into a retreat called LES TERRES AOYAMA.
