Hey there! My name is Kate, I live in Black Mountain with my husband and three dogs. We travel frequently so we use Vrbo a lot and know the importance of having a home away from home in new places. We decided to get into hosting to give our guests the best experience in our gorgeous Blue Ridge Mountains and are located just 10 minutes away from our properties to help with anything you might need! We love where we live and are always happy to offer recommendations to make your stay as enjoyable as possible!

We love this neighborhood because it is peaceful, beautiful, and great to walk around! It's also in a great location, just 15 minutes away from downtown Asheville and 10 minutes away from Black Mountain so it's easy to get to all the best hiking spots, parks, restaurants, bars, and more!
What makes this property unique
This property is very special to us because we designed it ourselves and really love all the wood tones, high ceilings with beams, deck and outdoor spaces, and tile work - especially on the stair treads! Not to mention the awesome hot tub and fenced-in yard.
