Great place close to everything
Ligia was a great host, she checked on us and handled the wifi connection as soon as we arrived even being away. Would definitely recommend this safe, guarded, extremely spacious condo to stay in if you y are coming to Rio. When we return, this s is definitely our go to spot! Everything so close and accessible.

Localização perfeita
Imóvel muito bem cuidado, limpo, quartos amplos. Mesmo estando na esquida da Av. N. Sra. de Copacabana, as janelas acústicas funcionam perfeitamente e o apartamento fica silencioso. Muito próximo à praia, supermercado e farmácia ao lado.

Minha melhor estadia no RJ
Já fui para o RJ diversas vezes, mas sem dúvidas foi o melhor local que fiquei. O apartamento é super espaçoso, estava tudo extremamente limpo, wi fi e tv funcionando perfeitamente. A comunicação com a Ligia foi otima, sempre preocupada se estavamos bem e se estava tudo certo no apartamento, foi extremamente solicita e flexibilizou nosso check out. Estavamos em 8 pessoas e ela fez copia de chave para todos nós. Se está buscando uma boa estadia no RJ a um preço justo, esse apartamento é a melhor opção. Recomendo muito e sem duvidas voltarei a me hospedar nele. Ligia e Goretes são umas fofas, muito obrigada por tudo e até a próxima.

L’appartamento è molto carino e spazioso. La descrizione nell’annuncio corrisponde perfettamente, pulito e senza difetti. Situato idealmente a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di Copacabana e a fianco di tutti i servizi ed i negozi di cui si può aver bisogno. Siamo riconoscenti ai proprietari, Ligia e Bob, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più gradevole con aiuti e consigli. Rio de Janeiro è una città indimenticabile !

Relaxing and inviting.
The property was spacious, relaxing, and in very close proximity to the beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants. The owners were very hospitable and two of the nicest people I have ever met. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Copacabana.

ótima estadia
ótimo imóvel, apartamento limpo,arejado,bem localizado, ambiente familiar... proximo a supermercados e farmácias. Fomos em um grupo de 8 pessoas, entre adultos e crianças, ficamos todos bem acomodados, as camas e lençóis são de qualidade. Super indico. Ligia eh uma pessoa educada e acessivel. Amamos nossa estadia, apartamento com metragem muito grande, quartos grandes com camas confortáveis e climatizados, banheiros impecáveis, não podendo deixar de mencionar sobre as duchas, que são uma verdadeira cachoeira. Localização excelente, perto de tudo. Ligia e Bob são bastante simpáticos e nos acolheram muito Bem, prestativos e dispostos no que precisarmos, foi maravilhosa, recomendo e se possível pret3ndo voltar e me hospedar nessa apartamento

Estadía buena en Reveillon
El departamento cumple con lo prometido en capacidad, espacio del inmueble y cierto nivel, aunque siempre falta algo, como copas para vino y platos platos de Loza (había de plástico). El edificio tiene seguridad las 24 horas, cerca de la playa y en la mejor zona de Copacabana. Lo único negativo es que las habitaciones confluyen a la Avda. Nossa Senhora de Copacabana y al estar en un 3 piso es imposible descansar por el ruido. Las ventanas necesitarían aislamiento acustico.

Apto amplo com ótima localização
Alugamos o apto da Ligia para uma estadia de 5 dias do meu irmão, cunhada e 3 filhos. Todos ficaram muito bem acomodados. A rua é excelente, próxima aos dois melhores supermercados da região, um café (da Antonia) ao lado e a melhor padaria (pão e cia) na rua paralela. A praia é muito próxima e o metrô também. Tudo muito limpo e bem cuidado. Super recomendamos. Obrigada, Ligia e Bob.

Excelente apartamento
Excelente apartamento e muito bem localizado, perto de padaria, supermercado, bares, estação de metõê e praia. Ligia e Bob nos receberam muito bem e nos orientaram com muitas dicas, foram ótimos anfitriões. O apartamanto é muito espaço, reformado, tudo novo, com bom sinal wifi, ar condicionado em todos os quartos e todos os banheiros com ótimos chuveiros. Numa próxima ida ao Rio, com ctz ficarei lá. Vale muito a pena o custo-benefício.

o imóvel é ótimo, atendendo muito bem aos 03 casais.
A localização é maravilhosa, próximo de supermercados, lojas, farmácias, restaurantes, padarias, bancos e principalmente a poucos metros da praia de Copacabana. Fomos super bem recepcionados pela anfitriã, Ligia e seu Roberto,proprietária excelente, você está de parabéns pela atenção e sua simplicidade, :que sempre se mostrou super solícita e atenciosa. inclusive nos convidando para conhecermos o Iate clube, Não poderíamos ter feito escolha melhor ao alugar, este apartamento, não apenas por tudo que já foi mencionado, mas também em relação ao custo-beneficio. Esperamos voltar em breve.

CONFORTABLE Y SEGURO
Me encantó el lugar!! Quiero resaltar sobre todo la seguridad del departamento porque para mí es muy importarte este tema. El edificio cuenta con un portero que abre la puerta sólamente a las personas que habitan el lugar. Cuenta con cámaras de seguridad en diferentes lugares, cochera, ascensor, etc... El departamento es divino, muy bien equipado, las camas nuevas, los aires acondicionados andan perfectos. Todo esto hace que se descanse de manera excelente después de tanta caipiriña =). El edificio está a 3 cuadras del mar. Hay un supermercado a 40 metros, otro a 70 metros. Casas de ropas de marca a metros y cruzando la avenida. Esto facilita mucho la estadía en el barrio. Me gustó la seguridad del inmueble, con rejas y trancas internas. Pude dormir tranquila!! Me sentía como en casa. Vayan tranquilos que van a disfrutar mucho de departamento y por supuesto de RIO!! Ligia y Robert excelentes personas, muy atentos en todo. Altamente recomendable!! YO PIENSO REGRESAR!!

Espetacular!!!
Pessoal, reservamos esse apartamento para o feriado do aniversário de SP neste ano (2016), e desde o primeiro contato fomos muito bem atendidos pelos donos desde AP. Quando chegamos lá, eles foram super atenciosos e educados e deram várias dicas do que poderíamos fazer na cidade, desde tomar café, pontos turísticos até das praias que deveríamos conhecer nesse feriadão. O apartamento é excelente, muito aconchegante, limpo, reformado, tem uma sala gigante, wifi e TV a cabo e está em uma excelente localização. Muito bom mesmo!!! Tem até bike do Itaú na frente do AP. Usamos isso todos os dias. Fica muito perto da praia (uma quadra só). Enfim, vale muito a pena, e com certeza iremos voltar lá :-)

Maravilhoso!!
O apartamento é maravilhoso! Muito espaçoso, ventilado, arrumado, com tudo novinho. A localização é ideal para fazer vários passeios turísticos, como o Jardim Botânico e o Pão de açúcar. Além disso, fica próximo a diversos barzinhos, suquerias, restaurantes e da praia. A rua é bem tranquila e sempre havia algum porteiro para nos recepcionar. Os donos, Lígia e Bob, foram muito prestativos e extremamente simpáticos, nos recebendo de braços abertos. Fica aqui o meu agradecimento a vocês! Este apartamento é mais do que recomendado para curtir o Rio de Janeiro!!

Excelente.
Estive hospedado no apto por uma semana, com a minha família, em janeiro de 2016. Posso afirmar que foi, de longe, o melhor apto em que já me hospedei para temporadas no Rio de Janeiro. O apto é muito espaçoso. Está em ótimas condições de habitação. Todos os móveis são ótimos e novos. O ambiente é muito agradável, leve. Convidativo para conversas, leituras. Em estadias anteriores, ficar no apto era quase uma angústia. Nesse não. É como estar na própria casa. O ambiente faz sentir-se bem. Tive também uma relação ótima com os proprietários. Pessoas corretas. O que foi combinado foi cumprido pelas partes. Posso dizer que de uma relação profissional, negocial, evoluímos para uma relação cordial, de muita simpatia. Spacious, charming apartment large windows that allows lots of ventilation, and sun near the beach in the best area of Copacabana, central to go to any anywhere, such as Ipanema beach, Leblon, Take the taxi to Sugarloaf less than 15 min.
Surrounded by all amenities such as banks, restaurants, cafes Caffeine or Guerin, the best quality, gym, cinemas, bike rental in front of the building the building is very important in a very safe street and a building with 24 hr doorman! Less than 3 blocks to the metro to for easy access to all Olympic venues.

What makes this property unique

Totally remodeled in 2015, this apartment still looks brand new. Sleeps six couples in three bathrooms with shower served by extra capacity on demand gas water heater. All three bedrooms feature new A/C, two with new Queen size beds, one with two standards.
