Enjoy the best of both worlds, a rental home in a beautiful, gated community located on a golf resort with enjoyable activities and great amenities. This lovely home has a comfortable living area with open concept and large, fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms (king size beds), Sleep Number in primary BR, 2 full bathrooms, one with tub, the other a shower with sliding doors, laundry room with washer and dryer, patio with adjustable sun/privacy shade and a 2 car garage. Cool off and enjoy the large pool, also hot tub, tennis, pickle ball courts, fitness center, various arts and craft groups and other interesting activities, all on the grounds. This resort in El Mirage, a 55 and older community, is conveniently located minutes from shopping, restaurants, entertainment and within 30 minutes of Phoenix
