Q: 'Are there any hidden fees?'
A: NO - There are no required 'surprise' costs or resort fees. What you pay when you book is all you will pay for your stay.

Q: 'Can I Check-In Early?'
A: MAYBE – Our cleaners offer a very limited number of priority check-ins each day that would allow guests to arrive at noon.  The cost is $50 and they must be booked at least 48 hours in advance. They are available on a first come, first served basis. If you would like to add this to your booking, please message us and we will provide additional instructions.

Q: 'Can I Check-Out Late?'
A: NO – Sorry, but due to the cleaning schedule, departure times cannot be changed.

Q: 'Are bath towels and sheets included?'
A: YES – We provide sheets for the beds listed and also 1 bath towel and wash cloth per the occupancy of the property you rented. Please do not remove towels and wash cloths from the condo.

Q: 'Is parking included?'
A: YES - Parking is free for TWO cars. You will receive TWO parking passes per unit rented. Please be sure to return your parking pass before you leave.

Q: 'Do I have to clean/make the beds/do the laundry?'
A: NO - You are on vacation! However, we do ask that you treat the property with care so it stays nice for others & follow a few guidelines before you leave: Please empty the refrigerator, bag up your trash & take out any excess that won’t fit in the cans, and load/run the dishwasher before you leave. We do not expect you to clean or do laundry before you check out, but we do ask that you tidy up after yourself.

Q: 'Do you allow pets?'
A: NO, sorry - Pets are not allowed at this time.

Q: 'Can I smoke in the unit or on the balcony?'
A: NO, sorry – SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in this unit and on the balcony - no exceptions. It is very costly to have a service remove smoking odors - especially in the short time between guests. If we need to have the unit treated because of the smell of smoke or if we find that you have tampered with the smoke detectors to hide that smoking has occurred, it will result in a minimum $250 charge. Please be sure to read the entire rental agreement and house rules for more information about smoking.

Q: 'Are there pots/pans/dishes?'
A: YES - The kitchen is equipped with the basic items needed for cooking/eating. If there is some specialty small appliance you enjoy, please feel free to bring it along.

The condo is your exclusive home away from home. This is not a shared property. You can relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

For the very best experience, we recommend that guests have a car. There is so much to do that the freedom of a car is very nice. However, other transportation options are available. Lyft and Uber are plentiful, easy, and convenient, especially for enjoying a safe night out or avoiding the hassle of parking at the parks. There is also a high speed train leaving from MCO Airport that gets you to Miami in about 3.5 hours if you want to enjoy a day trip (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED).

This unit is self-catering. Consumable items such as toiletries, cleaning products, and paper products are not included. Starter rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and hotel size soap and shampoo are provided as a courtesy, but guests will need to bring or purchase additional supplies after these are used up.

Amenities may be subject to closure/interruption without notice due to inclement weather, new restrictions, or other unforeseen issues as determined by the HOA, service providers, and building management.

Resort amenities, including pool, clubhouse, front desk services, store, transportation, and gym are not available at this location.

All guests are required to complete the Rental Agreement provided by the Host after booking. Guests who do not sign the Rental Agreement will not be allowed to check-in. The Rental Agreement is the same as the house rules below:
THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) made on {{reservation_date}} between the following:
Guest: {{guest_name}} (“Guest”), and
Host: {{host_name}} (“Host”).
THE PREMISES. The Host agrees to lease the described property below to the Guest, and the Guest agrees to rent from the Host:

RENTAL TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises starting {{checkin_date}} from {{checkin_time}} and ending {{checkout_date}} at {{checkout_time}} (“Rental Term”).
· Host will be available by messaging between 10AM and 10PM. The best way to contact Host will be within the site the guest booked from or by text messaging. Limited emergency phone services are available after hours. Late arrival is permitted. However, Guest agrees that access issues are Guest’s responsibility after 10PM. No refunds will be provided for Guest’s failure to verify they have the door code.
· CHECK-IN TIME IS BETWEEN 4 P.M. AND 10 P.M./CHECK-OUT IS BY 10 A.M. There will be no refunds for late check-in due to delays in cleaning or maintenance. Every effort is made to prepare units on time.
