• Respect for Neighbors: Please ensure that you do not impede on the neighbors' property or use their driveway at any time.
• Air Conditioning Use: To maintain efficiency and effectiveness, the AC will not operate with doors open. Please ensure all doors are closed when the AC is running.
• Umbrella Safety: Please keep the umbrellas closed when not in use to prevent damage and ensure safety during windy conditions.

Pet friendly
• We are pet friendly at a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.
• Cleaning up after your pet is your responsibility. No pets are to be left unattended in the home. Barking dogs often result in neighbor complaints.
**Extra pet fees will be added though our guest portal after booking is confirmed (Plus Tax). Please let us know if you are traveling with a pet.
