➞ I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid passport ID for all guests aged 18+ for verification and community management registration prior to the check-in date.

➞ Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is no later than 11:00 AM. AED 149 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability.

➞ The property is for the sole use of domestic stay and not for any commercial business operation.

➞ Please return the access cards in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 1000 per card.
