Enjoy the amazing views from this single story home situated on its own overlooking the mountains and the Dunes Golf Course. Includes 2 ensuite bedrooms with king beds. The primary suite offers a seating area, access to the back patio and an office space. The ensuite bathroom includes a double vanity, separate shower & bathtub. There is a large primary closet with built in shelving. The other king bedroom has its own outdoor access & views. The den features 2 twin beds. Large covered patio in the back includes a BBQ, several seating options & is equipped with lights & fans. Kitchen is fully stocked & includes ample counter space. Dining table seats 6 & is an open floor plan. Living room has plenty of seating & includes a TV & a fireplace. Guests are welcome to use the community pools and utilize the golf cart within the gated community of Duna La Quinta. Includes wifi & 2 smart TVs in the living room and primary bedroom. 31 night minimum.
