Welcome to this charming coastal-themed studio condo, where the tranquil vibes of the seaside meet modern comfort and convenience.
As you step through the door, you're greeted by an open layout that seamlessly blends the living, dining, and kitchen areas, all adorned with coastal decor touches.
The kitchen, though compact, is a testament to modern functionality and style. Crisp white cabinets with sleek handles complement the stainless steel appliances, including a full sized fridge, a built-in microwave and oven. The kitchen bartop seats two and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or to share a meal.
Past the kitchen is the spacious living room which also doubles as the bedroom. A queen sized bed with crisp and inviting linens is situated against one wall and faces the seating area and wall mounted smart TV. The room is filled with light that streams in from the screened lanai where seating for two is the perfect spot to catch the warm breeze and listen to the birds. Guests will have access to the community pool located at South 9 Drive but if it's toes in the sand you prefer, it's just a 2 minute walk from your front door to the beach. This place is the perfect vacation getaway and is ideal for people on the go who want a clean, modern place to come home to at the end of the day!
Upon booking you will need to complete our renter agreement and submit a copy of your driver's license.
