Checking in was super easy, the house was clean and cozy. It had everything we needed and more! They even dropped us off my blankets per my request. The views from this property are INCREDIBLE, would definitely book again!
We had a wonderful time at this property! Lovely to spread out (after a few tight nights in a hotel in tuscon). And the views while making dinner *chefs kiss*. Hosts very responsive to the few questions we had!
Had a lovely family Easter celebration with family that came from all over. We spent a lot of time on the patio admiring the breathtaking views. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook full meals. The oven is a little on the smaller side. Very clean and well stocked with everything you need! Would 100% stay again!
House is very nice with open layout and has amazing views of the mountains. Everything we needed was there and great location. No complaints except weather was cooler than expected. :)
Stayed this past weekend for a bachelorette trip with a group of 7. This place was perfect! Views were amazing, location is central, and the listing was as described. The check in and out process was very easy and communication was great from the hosts. Would definitely stay again and recommend this property for a Sedona trip!
Can’t say enough great things about this home. Clean, newly updated, kitchen had everything we needed, comfy beds…and the VIEWS from the wrap around deck… Wow! Hosts Lori & Donna were quick to respond to my questions. The perfect retreat for our weekend getaway.
The house was very clean with a few added special touches! The view was spectacular. We enjoyed our time at the house as well as exploring Sedona! Having the fire pit was nice in the evening when we just sat around to visit and also being able to use the bbq to cook our own dinners was also great! I would definitely stay again!!!
Overall this is an amazing place to stay! It is in a great location just a bit out of the busy Sedona area. The views from the upper level and deck are out of this world. The check in and check out process was easy and smooth. We had a couple of issues that we communicated to the property managers and although they were unable to resolve them they did try. The bigger of the two issues was that the clothes washer was not working. This was inconvenient given the nature of our hiking vacation and that we were counting on being able to wash clothes. But they offered to pick up our laundry and take it to the laundromat as a solution. We didn’t take them up on the offer but it was an acceptable solution. Sounds like a new washing machine is coming. The other issue is that the outdoor fire pit was not working. We’d have loved to sit by the fire on those chilly evenings and enjoy the view. The only other thing that is maybe worth mentioning is the strange layout of the downstairs laundry room/bedroom/bathroom access. It’s not a huge deal but not necessarily the nicest space to walk through to get to the bathroom. Other than that everything was basically as expected…. And in some ways better! Thank you!
There is not enough room for me to list all the wonderful things about this VRBO. The space is perfect for families with 4-6 kids. The kids can all use the downstairs space the adults use the upstairs. The kitchen has everything you would possibly need. This is by far the best VRBO I have stayed at and I have stayed at plenty. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels, hand soap, body soap, shampoo, conditioner, Q-tips, and make-up remover pads ALL PROVIDED! But the outdoor space is simply wonderful. You have views all the way around the house. So many places to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. Everything is near by and the Safeway Grocery store has a coupon card you can sign up for to save tons on groceries while there. Oh and the VRBO host provides a very sweet and generous basket filled with sweet and salty snacks to take hiking.
The neighborhood is very nice and very quiet. During the day there is some construction of homes, but even it was not overly loud.
I only gave 4 stars on check-in process because you will not receive check-in information until the actual check-in time and not before. This stressed me out a little because I have always received this information at least a week in advance, but the host was very responsive when I reached out about it.
Overall, this is a gem and we would stay here again and again. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven with us.
