Three blocks away from the beach in South Rehoboth Beach is 506 Scarborough Avenue, a two-story vacation rental ready to welcome guests to the Delaware Coast. As a single-family home, there is plenty of space in this four-bedroom, two-bath home for everyone. All the main living spaces of this rental can be found on the first floor, including the kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms and one bathroom are also on the ground floor, while the remaining bedrooms and bath can be found upstairs. An added bonus of staying at 506 Scarborough Avenue is the large enclosed front porch. This feature is great for taking in the sights and sounds of summer. There is off-street parking for two cars and the owner provides two on street parking permits for the City of Rehoboth. This is a non-smoking home and pets are not permitted.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $249.00 To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
