Welcome to Terres Aoyama, where rich history meets modern elegance.

Nestling at the foot of the Cévennes forest, our estate, a meticulously restored 18th-century silkworm farm, has now been reimagined as a complex of five eco-gîtes.

At Terres Aoyama, every detail is designed to offer you an exquisite holiday experience, blending the charm of a bygone era with the finest contemporary comforts.

Our cozy gîte is ideal for 4 to 6 guests, boasting a wonderful south exposure and picturesque views of the lush greens of the garden. Sun-drenched interiors and botanical accents create a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation, inviting guests to immerse themselves in the beauty of their surroundings.

Guests at gîte Olive can enjoy a variety of activities on the estate, including a tennis court, a 12-metre swimming pool, a spa (jacuzzi, sauna and massages), yoga sessions, and an organic vegetable garden. These facilities are shared with the other four gites, providing plenty of opportunities to meet new people, relax or enjoy the great outdoors.

Their unique concept—a French bulldog named Raymond exploring Tokyo—led to success and a contract with Japan's national broadcaster.

Jonathan's passion for animal welfare and vegetarianism sparked the creation of CITRON, a dog-friendly French vegetarian restaurant in Tokyo's Aoyama district. CITRON quickly became a culinary landmark, renowned for its organic cuisine and Parisian ambiance. After eight years, Jonathan decided to return to France.

In 2022, he acquired an 18th-century silk farm, "Le Mas Aoyama," in the Gard department of Occitanie, with plans to transform it into a retreat called LES TERRES AOYAMA. This retreat embodies Jonathan's vision of "Green Luxury"—a blend of elegance and eco-consciousness. The refurbishment will preserve its historic charm while incorporating sustainable features like solar panels and organic materials.

LES TERRES AOYAMA features five elegant gîtes—Tilleul, Sauge, Olive, Menthe, and Amande—each offering a blend of modern comfort and traditional charm. Guests can enjoy spa treatments, lounge by the pool, and explore the countryside. The ultimate goal is an animal sanctuary, where rescued farm animals roam freely, offering guests a chance to connect with nature.
