Beautiful town home in New Buffalo, Michigan. Park your car for the week and walk to all New Buffalo has to offer including the beach, pool, shopping, restaurants and grocery store.

New for 2024, master bedroom furniture with king size bed, sectional sofa in living room and all new main deck furniture with water resistant couch and chairs, dining table and umbrella with solar lighting.

New Buffalo is the perfect summer time destination for families! From our townhome, you can easily walk to the large public beach, shops and restaurants. Your kids will love playing in Lake Michigan with Life Guards on duty or building castles in the fine Michigan sand or exploring the break wall stretching out into the lake. You can take a relaxing stroll for miles on the lake front enjoying the sound of the waves.

Our home has three bedrooms. The master is a private suite with its own full bath and king bed. The second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and the third bedroom has a queen bed. There are 2.5 baths total.

New Buffalo is not just known for its beach. Our home is an easy walk to the local shopping and restaurants. There are great restaurants to walk including the Stray Dog, Brewsters, Sonny D's/Rainbow Cone and Casey's.

For more active families, jet ski rentals are available at the Marina. And there are many golf courses in the area to meet any skill level or challenge.

Planning a girl's trip? Our home is a 20 minute drive to the outlet mall and the local wineries are just minutes away.

Like to gamble? Hop on the Four Winds bus that will pick you up right outside your door and bring you home after an evening of fun!

After a busy day on the beach, return to this beautilful townhome and enjoy the sunset over Lake Michigan on the rooftop deck, or grill out on the main deck. At night, enjoy the cool breeze cooming off the Lake or hang out on the front porch and listen to the live bands playing at Casey's.

Great Location/unique design

Three levels with a fourth sundeck! The weather was a bummer so we really did not get to enjoy the beach. Walk to everywhere. Relaxing time.

Great location and a cute little townhouse

Everything was great. The only thing that was slightly odd was that the owners request that you wash all bedding and towels before you leave. This is such a bizarre request when you’re already paying a cleaning fee. I understand stripping the beds, but to be expected to wash all linens with a single washer and dryer prior to a 10am check out time is outrageous.

Gorgeous townhome in an ideal location

This townhome was perfectly located close to town and the beach, within walking distance. It was a beautiful home with everything we needed and multiple decks with comfortable furniture and views of the lake. The check in process was very easy and the property owners were extremely responsive with everything we needed. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking to visit the area!

Great property at great location

Had a wonderful week at this condo that did not lack for anything. We cooked several meals at the condo and had everything we needed. On nights we did not cook we took advantage of the multitude of restaurants within walking distance. There are also at least three ice cream places within walking distance. Prior to arriving we received all the info we needed to access the property and owners were very responsive to questions. There is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The rooftop was very nice but due to weather we did not get to enjoy it as often as we had hoped. The beach is an easy walk. There are also two nice casinos and an outlet mall a short drive away. Many wineries within a 30 minute drive.

Perfect Family Getaway in New Buffalo

This place was absolutely perfect for myself, my husband, my in-laws, and our 2 year old for a five night stay in NB in June! Amazing central location, beautifully decorated and stocked with everything we needed, and exceptionally clean. Will definitely be going back and staying here again :)

great week at new buffalo

very nice condo. loved sitting and eating on the deck off the living area. big sectional ,grill and large table. my 2 grandsons 5 and 2 loved watching the train go by. The pool was a short walk and my 2 grandsons had a great time swimming. The beach is a short walk over the bridge. We went in the morning when it was not as crowded. We went to Warren Dunes State Park one day to sit on the beach and hike the sand dunes. We had a fun week.

Perfect Beach House, Fantastic Location

Our family had a wonderful getaway in this beautiful beach house. The place was immaculate when we arrived and had everything we needed- great outdoor spaces, perfect location to beach and town, super comfortable for our family. Great COVID getaway!

Long weekend getaway with our college age children. Perfect location to enjoy all of New Buffalo. You can literally walk to everything. Because of social distancing, we loved having our own private outdoor spaces to enjoy. The rooftop deck offers great sunset views! We would definitely return to this property.

Short but sweet!

We really enjoyed our stay in New Buffalo! It’s a quick drive from Chicago but makes it feel like you’re much further away, in a good way! Everything was close and convenient to the townhome. Just about everything was walking distance. We ended up driving to the beach because of the amount of stuff we had to bring but it’s def walkable. The property is as advertised and the owners were quick to respond to every request. The house is located along the train tracks but the noise and frequency of trains were minimal. We look forward to another stay in the future!

The many outdoor spaces make this vacation home a gem. Breakfast & dinners on the main deck with beautiful sun sets on the top deck. Great place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful home in a great location. We had a wonderful trip.

All arrival instructions were clear and easy to follow. House was just as advertised (if not better). Beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. A great house for a vacation. Location was perfect. Near the beach and right downtown. I wouldn’t change a thing. We will definitely come back.

This townhouse is great for family fun!

What a perfectly clean place and a great location. We parked our car and didn't need it for the whole week. Our family walked to the beach everyday and appreciated using John's beach chairs and kick boards. The kitchen has everything you need to eat in and there are great restaurants, all within walking distance. The bedrooms and decks are all big and comfortable. I still can't believe there are FIVE decks. Absolutely perfect!
