Grandeur Cabin is nestled on the side of a forested mountain on a private, 4-acre lot an easy 10 minute drive from Blue Ridge. The sounds of two small streams ambling down the mountain near the ultra-luxury home complement the year round, gorgeous, layered view of the Cohutta Mountains visible from both large, well-appointed decks and every bedroom in the house. The fiber optic-based WiFi is very fast with speeds consistently above 100 Mbps! Four WiFi nodes located throughout the house guarantee a strong signal everywhere in the house.

The Home

This luxurious, professionally decorated, contemporary-style mountain home, built in 2024, is tastefully designed to provide a 5-star, upscale vacation experience for you and your friends and family. Every detail has been considered to guarantee you have a great stay!

Each bedroom has its own large, well-equipped bathroom (with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap). Three bedrooms have king sized beds and the fourth a queen size bunk bed. A queen size sleeper sofa is available enabling the cabin to accommodate up to 11. A variety of pillow types (soft, firm, body), soft sheets, and high-quality mattresses combined with absolute silence at night guarantee you'll sleep well during your stay. Every bedroom has a panoramic view of the mountains and direct access to one of the large decks. Fall asleep watching the stars and wake up to a gently brightening morning sky! A blow dryer, curling iron, and flat iron are provided for your convenience.

Ample throw pillows, cozy blankets, and massive windows make the house a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the natural serenity of the quiet, private location. The two massive decks are populated with plenty of comfortable seats, a large outdoor dining table, Blackstone grill, a hot tub, two wood-burning fireplaces, a large TV, corn hole, and a hanging bed so you can enjoy the amazing mountain views while breathing in the fresh air.

The house has two inside gas fireplaces and the lower-level game room includes a pool table, Xbox and family board games and puzzles. 7 Roku TVs are available throughout the house and on the deck. If the adults in the house want to mix up a favorite cocktail, the lower-level bar provides a convenient location enhanced by a full-size refrigerator and a microwave. Fannin County is a dry county so you will need to purchase your spirits in an adjacent county. The nearest liquor stores are located in Ellijay, GA.

The Kitchen

Have a chef in the family? They’ll love the very well-equipped gourmet kitchen. A large refrigerator, six burner gas stove, and ample surface space make preparing large meals convenient. Need an ice cream fix? Make a batch of gelato using the gelato maker. Want to cook some amazing burgers? Fire up the outdoor Blackstone grill. The gourmet kitchen and outdoor cooking spot provide everything you need to keep your group well-fed. A large table adjacent to an island bar provides a wonderful space to visit and share a laugh.

Parking

The house can accommodate up to four cars one of which can park under the large car portico outside the main level of the house. By July 15, 2024 all of the roads in the Grandeur Drive area will be newly paved allowing any car (including supercars) to easily access the house. No driving on gravel will be required to reach the house!

The Setting

Grandeur Cabin provides a wonderful setting in which to relax and escape the daily grind. It is private and amazingly quiet. The nearest house is 300' away and barely visible when the leaves are out. Ample birds and the sounds of the two on-property streams create the perfect environment in which to enjoy an early morning cup of coffee, watch the stars come out at night, or get lost in a great book.
