Located in the residential development of El Tule with 24/7 private security, Villa Golden View lives up to its name because from its unique terrace you can enjoy an incredible view of the city and the ocean of Cabo San Lucas.
This Villa designed with a contemporary style was completed in 2019 and is practically brand new. All with marble and cantera floors with granite and wood finishes. It has 2 levels and 3 bedrooms, two downstairs and one upstairs, all with private bathrooms and plenty of closet space.
Inside, the living areas are air-conditioned, furnished and equipped to give you the rest you deserve.
