The property is centrally located in Valle de Guadalupe with easy access to the different vineyards and restaurants in Valle. Valle de Guadalupe produces award winning wines, luxury hospitality, and world-class restaurants. Valle de Guadalupe in Baja is known as “The Napa Valley of Mexico.”

Why they chose this property
I chose Las Lomas in San Antonio de las Minas because of the estate size land that it offers. I like that is very close to the main road. I love the view to the vineyards and the mountains. I am surrounded by a few houses, Therefore, it is a very quiet area. I am able to enjoy a starlit night sky.
What makes this property unique
Quinta Zaragoza is a custom home. It has drywall finish with smooth walls. It has custom wood ceilings throughout the house. It has interior wood doors. Custom showers with hand held in both showers. It has tile flooring throughout. Speakers in the living room ceiling for the surround sound. We have three smart TVs. The house is very well lit with custom lighting throughout. We offer a large well lit patio with ample private and secure parking to store your off-road toys if needed. This property is ideal to come and enjoy quality time with friends and family.
