Welcome to White Sunset Homestay located near historic Avondale district. This charming and spacious house is almost 1300 sq ft with 2 bedrooms (a queen bed in each bedroom), full bath, and a cozy living space opening to an enclosed front porch.
Stepping right outside of the house you will find many local restaurants, coffee, and shops. You are about 2 min driving to Starbucks, Publix, Chick-fil-A, Panera Bread, 7 min to St. Vincent Hospital, 9 min to Historic Five Points and Riverside, and 12 min to Jax Downtown. Enjoy the nice weather this Sunstate has to offer whether you are indoor or outdoor.

Other things to note:
There is a guesthouse in the back that is separated from the main house. The guest house can be occupied with guests. The main house and guest house are separated. Only main house guests get access to the backyard.

This place does not allowed smoking or vaping of any kind inside the house.

This place is also not suitable for fireworks as it may be too disturbing to the neighbors, no event/party, no loud music or professional photography.
