Pool home with Deep canal and direct access out to boating area

Beautiful 3 bedroom pool home on deep Monroe Canal. Put your boat at the dock and avoid the ramp each day, fish from the dock, walk to restaurants, and enjoy! Swim in the pool after a day of exploring. In the home, you will find 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms plus a beautiful kitchen with granite and plenty of kitchen items (the owner loves to cook). Enjoy time on the screened back porch, downstairs at the screened pool or shaded entertaining area, along the large shade oak tree with serene waterfall or out on the dock. Plenty of places to sit and relax. Enjoy the sunset while you BBQ and swim.

The home is set up for the comfort of being home. When guests are not here, this is our home away from home so we have it set up that way. Don’t stay at a different rental with uncomfortable beds, two towels per bathroom and 6 dishes. We have cabinets full of towels, pool towels, extra linens etc. a kitchen full of everything you might need. Washer and dryer in house on the main floor you are welcome to use. We can also arrange, for a fee, to have the cleaning service come periodically while you are staying at the home. Smart TVs with option to log into your streaming services.
Plenty of space to park your vehicle and boat trailer also space to park an RV if you come in one. Pool and patio downstairs are screened in for nice nighttime relaxing. Upstairs porch is also screened in
We have a two week minimum rental.



No pets or smoking on property. 6 person maximum. Owner leaves their boat on lift but there is a second space for renter to park their personal boat.owner uses garage for storage.
