This is a split level home with a private entrance and yard. There is a separate in-law unit below this unit that is also a vacation rental. (They have their own designated parking, entrance and yard.)

CAMERA DISCLOSURE
There is a camera overlooking the front door and driveway (ring spotlight) that automatically records audio and video of the front door exterior of the property. The camera is activated by motion and will record anyone that walks in front of it. These recordings are saved and can be reviewed and shared with the booking platform. If we believe that house rules are being violated, we have the ability to access these cameras in real time.
