Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Not sure 'vibrant' is the word.
The Good:- Off-street parking- Spacious- Phone customer service was courteous and helpful regarding being locked out (wrong key box code sent)- Furnace system worked well (it was 28 degrees at arrival)- Appliances all appeared new- Master bathroom shower was excellentThe Bad:- Upon arrival, the passcode didn't work so we had to contact the support number to get the correct one...- We had no water for the first 14 hours we were there.- We were consistently killing roaches inside the loft - Large, loud party on the unit below that went until 3AM (loud the entire upper level was shaking from the bass, that chatter/yelling of people in the yard, etc.)- The property is located in a older, economically-depressed neighborhood. Our Lyft driver said tourists should NOT be staying in this area due to its elevated crime.- The person monitoring the inbox online can be very slow to reply (maybe its bad AI?). This property is listed twice under two different property managers, this one was listed as 'new' and did NOT have any reviews so far. The other listing featured a very low review.
