Located in the peaceful Quarry View Village, this 672 sq ft cottage offers the perfect space for your family to enjoy precious time together while also having a BLAST at all the incredible resort amenities. We invite you to make 36 Quarry View your annual destination!

We offer a clean and comfortable 2 bedroom cottage that sleeps 6 comfortably.
- 672 sq ft of indoor living space, over 200 sq ft of deck outside.
- Bedroom 1- queen; bedroom 2- Twin bunk bed (max 220lbs on top bunk), 1 double sofa bed in living room, 1 queen sofa bed in add-a-room. BRING YOUR OWN LINENS AND PILLOWS
- 4 piece bathroom (toilet paper provided), kitchen with all your pots, pans, dishes, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, crockpot, toaster, basic cooking spices (paper towel, dish soap/brush, drying rack, hand soap, cleaning supplies provided).
- 50" smart TVs in both living areas (Sign-In to your own streaming services!)
- Dedicated, private wifi
- Outdoor deck with dining table and seating for 6
- Fully fenced in deck with two access gates
- Bbq with utensils (propane provided).
- Private fire pit with seating, marshmallow/hotdog roasting sticks.
- NEW: Towel Service! For a $25 fee we will provide you with a bath towel, washcloth and beach towel for each person in your group.

Renter Access & Wristbands
Upon arrival to the Main Gate, you will say that you are renters of 36 Quarry View Village (QVV036).
Once your registration has been confirmed, you will be given a welcome package with resort information as well as one wristband per person (aged 6 and up) listed on the registration. If you arrive with more people than what is listed on the registration, you will be denied access without refund.

The wristbands identify you as registered renters with permission to access the resort. You must keep these wristbands on at all times during your stay.

The purchase of wristbands for waterpark access is required at the rates listed below:

Passes can be purchased in person at the Welcome Centre
Daily passes are valid for any single day of the week
Mon-Fri passes are valid for all 5 days, Monday through Friday
Weekly passes are valid for any consecutive 7 days

Extras include Sherkston Adventure Sports (Rock Climbing, Aerial Challenge etc.)

PARKING
Two designated parking spots are available directly in front of the cottage. Please be kind and stay within the parking markers in front of the cottage. Please DO NOT park n the grass. Additional FREE parking is available just inside the Sherkston entrance by the sales office and basketball courts on your left.

We live and work nearby and can be on site within 2 hours (often much sooner) if needed. We are always available via phone or text for all questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us!

If you wish to rent the golf cart along with your trailer rental please contact us.
We will make sure it is charged up, clean and unlocked prior to your arrival!

Park Rules and Regulations

As our guest, you agree to the following:

Quiet Hours - our quiet time is from 11pm to 8am daily, but please be courteous to your fellow guests during all hours of the day. During quiet hours there is no loud talking, loud radios, loud televisions or other loud noises allowed. The use of generators is not permitted on the property. A curfew is enforced, anyone under the age of 18 may not leave the site after 11pm unless accompanied by an adult.

Respect Your Neighbour - please be considerate of our neighbours privacy and space. Do not walk on or pass through the site of another guest.
Offensive language and actions will not be tolerated included with respect to race, religion, sexual orientation or political views and the presence or existence of any language, actions, visuals or symbols that may be deemed to be offensive will not be permitted on the property.

Smoking and Alcohol - There is no smoking/vaping allowed in this cottage, including the deck.
You may smoke/vape out front of the cottage, or on the grass beside the cottage provided it does not negatively impact the experience of anyone else on the resort.
Alcohol is permitted by any legal aged adults as long as it is done in a way that will not directly or indirectly negatively affect the experience of anyone else on the resort. Alcohol must be consumed in a responsible manner.
Consuming alcohol before or while driving the golf cart is STRICTLY prohibited.
Illegal drugs are STRICTLY prohibited.


Firepits - All fires must be contained to the fire pit on site. Campfires are permitted from 8am to midnight. No bonfires and/or burning of leaves or garbage etc. Never leave a fire unattended. All fires must be completely extinguished using the provided hose located on the side of the cottage.

Pets - No pets are allowed in this cottage or on it’s surrounding property.

Garbage and Recycling - all garbage and recycling is to be disposed in any of the designated garbage areas within the park.
Please help take care of our planet and make an effort to properly sort your recycling.
ALL GARBAGE AND RECYCLING MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE WHEN YOU CHECK OUT.

Parking - There are two parking spaces per cottage and are located directly out front. Parking is tight and we ask that you please respect our neighbours by making sure you adhere to the designated spaces.


Bikes - Bike riders must obey the same rules of the road as a motor vehicle. When operating a bike after sunset you must have a light on both the front and back of the bike. Lights are available for purchase from the Welcome Centre or the store. We recommend that all riders wear a helmet when riding a bike.

Cleaning - The cottage is thoroughly cleaned between each booking. It is expected that the cottage will be in the same condition when you depart as when you arrived. This includes:
All furniture put back where it was.
Dishes cleaned, dried and put back neatly. Fridge cleaned out, less any condiments that were already there.
Fire pit and area around it free of any garbage.
BBQ grills cleaned off
Golf Cart cleaned of garbage and swept of sand and dirt

Firearms and Weapons - Firearms are not permitted on the property or in any common areas.

Fireworks - the use of fireworks, including sparklers and explosives of any kind are not permitted under any circumstance.

Swimming - swimming where pools and lakes are not supervised by lifeguards, are a ‘swim at your own risk’ and only allowed during daylight hours. Please observe posted regulations for the pools and lakes.

Fines - Certain acts are subject to fines as set out below. All fines will be billed directly to our account, and will be deducted directly from your deposit before it is refunded. (These fines are subject to change per The Resort)
