The fully equipped and spacious kitchen features granite counter-tops, a large island with additional seating, brand new state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances: refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, glassware and everything you will need to cook a healthy family meal. Our residence is professionally decorated with upscale furnishings. The Master bedroom is large and boasts a King-size bed. I am a true native to Clearwater beach! I have lived on the beach my entire life and I know the in’s and out’s of everything! I can give you the guidance for the best fishing spots, convenient boating ramps, fun water sport activities!
I can also recommend several great seafood restaurants, hidden sightseeing spots for sunsets and sunrises and super fun family activities.

I absolutely love Clearwater Beach and the Mandalay strip! Our property, is conveniently located right on the main heart of the Mandalay strip right in front of the beach - a 1 minute walk to the sand! We have the BEST location on the beach, central to all the restaurants, bars, coffee shops, clothing and souvenir shopping and supermarkets. The property is a 4 minute walk to Pier 60 where you can enjoy the nightly Pier Festival and the Clearwater Beach Marina with all of the excursions and attractions!
What makes this property unique
Our property is unique because it is the only vacation rental on the Mandalay strip right in front of the beach! We are in front of the main cross walk which gives you direct access to the beach! NO walking long walks to the cross walk or having to go around any rotaries. You have beautiful partial views of the beach from the front of the residence and beautiful partial views of the inter-coastal from the back of the residence!
