About this property

Beautiful and rustic 3 bedroom house right on seasonal Topanga creek. Rare flat Topanga property. This is half of a duplex, and the master bedroom shares a wall with the adjacent unit.

House is a duplex, there are other rentals on the property. Master bed and bath share a wall. House is on well water and septic. Please be conscious.

You will be in nature surrounded by sycamore and redwood trees, yet easily accessible. Right off the main boulevard, unlike other houses in Topanga this house is very easy to get to and walking distance to the library, coffee shops, yoga, and numerous restaurants. Access to the creek.

There is a jacuzzi, fios wifi.

In spring you will be sung to sleep by tree frogs. Possible animal sightings include tree frogs, red tail hawks, owls, white tail deer, coyotes, hummingbirds, red and blue dragonflies, mama and baby wild ducks, and butterflies.

We are in a cooler micro climate which is refreshing in the summer but a little chillier in the winter. There is parking for 2 cars.

Awesome location, could use improvements

The location is 5 stars, if only they could get cleanliness right. They need to have it professionally clean, some new carpet ING and pillows, and a good rinse off and refresh of outside (could use a rind off of everything. That said, it was very affordable and SO peaceful. Most bedrooms and the dining room open up to a beautiful creek that is truly magical as it says. At night you can hear a chorus of frogs. The walk into town is a mere couple of minutes and if you like crystals and incense, this is your place. Oh, and did I mention the check in was seamless. So pros and cons but if the owner makes those improvements, we would definitely go back!

Unique and fun

House was exactly as described in the ad. There are so many interesting and unique amenities to this property and the location in the topanga canyon is beautiful and tranquil.
