On the ground floor, you will be welcomed by a spacious and bright living room, the heart of the house. Comfortable sofas and modern, sleek decor create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Three spacious bedrooms with high-quality hotel beds and an additional room with a convertible sofa ensure your comfort. The marble and wood kitchen, equipped with the latest appliances, is a true paradise for cooking enthusiasts. A game room with a flat-screen TV is also available for your relaxation moments.

Upstairs, a charming 60 m² suite with a bedroom equipped with a high-quality hotel double bed and a children’s room with a bunk bed cabin awaits dreamers. The villa has the advantage of having 2 floors and an ideal layout for 2 to 3 families.

The ground floor (150 m²) is divided into 3 living areas:
• The left wing consists of 2 bedrooms (1 and 2), including a master suite with a king-size bed and a bathroom. A second bathroom with a bathtub is adjacent to the 2nd bedroom. In this area, a game room with a TV will delight the younger ones.
• The right wing consists of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, an adjoining room with a convertible bed, and access to the bathroom.
• The center features a large fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a toilet, and a large 45 m² living room.

The first floor (60 m²) is defined as a suite apartment with all the comforts. The main room includes a kitchen, a dining table, a sitting area with a sofa, a TV, and a king-size bed. A children’s room with bunk beds and a large bathroom complete this space.

Access to the upper floor is from the outside, allowing multiple families to live in the villa while maintaining their privacy.

And of course, the exterior with the pool, the large garden, and the exceptional view of Cap Canaille, the Bagnol vineyards, and the port of Cassis will guarantee you a stay of total well-being.
