Beautiful On the Lake Sunset View Lake House!!! This home is brand new in 2024
Two story Lake House right on the Lake! Just built in 2024 tall ceilings with very unique designs . Sits on large cove with immaculate sunset view! Has a big, covered dock with a nice large swim platform, plenty of seating areas, kayak, and open boat slip to tie up a boat or wet bikes for plenty of fun in the sun. Has a covered paved patio with ceiling fan for comfort throughout the day while you are relaxing or grilling. There are three bedrooms on the top floor with a full bathroom as you enter the property and another bedroom on the bottom floor with a full bathroom. The bottom floor has a full kitchen, kitchen table, seating area for watching TV, and a laundry room. Walk out of bottom floor directly onto paved covered patio with another table, ceiling fan, patio chairs and a grill. There is also a fire pit off to the side of the patio for nighttime relaxation. Sleeps 12.

Why they chose this property
Absolute beautiful Cove with a big body of water in front of the house, very great view . Boat and Wetbike rental very close by. Plenty of restaurants close to property by water our land.

This home is brand new built in 2024 Built with great ideas, very tall ceilings to feel very spacious ,painting of a large map of Lake of the Ozarks on the living room wall and very close to the water to enjoy the whole Home and Dock
