Starting January 2025 SeaGlass Villa 810 returns the management of Private Paradise Villas, a boutique ultra-luxe management service based locally in Kihei on Maui Island.

SeaGlass Villa 810 has a beautiful newly expanded private garden that is exclusively for your own private use. The garden includes a shade cover, a fenced perimeter, a locking gate, gas powered fire pit, all-new landscaping, and synthetic grass lawn. The garden is not private in terms of visibility from resort guests, but the fencing makes it clear the space is reserved for your exclusive use. There is plenty of room for children to play within the safety of your own yard as the garden comprises at least 1,000 square feet of exclusive outdoor living space. It's a true sanctuary for unwinding or hosting in style and the cascading water feature provides calming ambiance. 810 offers walk-in access and walk-out access too! The swimming pools and dining facilities are just steps away through your own private garden gate.

The villa's primary suite offers a king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom with a deep soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanities. The second bedroom also features a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with luxury finishes. A third bedroom includes two queen beds and its own en-suite bathroom. An additional full shower bathroom is conveniently located off the main living area.

Each individually themed room is decorated with modern furnishings that are both comfortable and high-style at the same time. Sea glass accents appear throughout the villa in beautiful shades of turquoise, aqua, seafood, mint and teal. Ultra-thin true HD Samsung televisions are cleanly wall-mounted in every room along with HD cable boxes and complimentary Netflix.

Plush pillow top mattresses, down pillows, down comforters and high thread count all-cotton bedding will tempt you to stay in bed all day. Extra pillows and blankets are pre-stocked in the closets. The bathrooms are loaded with thick soft all-cotton towels, hair dryer, make-up mirror, bathrobes, and a bath scale. Tropical theme toiletries are offered in oversized bottles - an eco-friendly gesture.

We are famous for providing everything needed for serious cooking, fine dining and entertaining. You can expect to have use of a wide array of cooking, dining and serving inventory for 8 guests, dual coffee makers, Espresso maker, professional blender, griddle, rice cooker, waffle maker, crystal barware, cook books and much more. 4 varieties of local Maui roasted coffee (espresso beans, dark, regular and decaf) are stocked in 8 ounce bags, fresh for each arrival with real coffee creamers, non-dairy creamer, sugar/sweetener packs and quality tea bags.

Guests of SeaGlass Villa 810 are entitled to full access and charging privileges to all of the resort's facilities and services, including Room Service, Cabana rental (fee-based), 3 cascading infinity-edge heated swimming pools, the lagoon pool, an adult pool, the poolside lounge chairs (first come, first served), resort hot tub, fitness center, the 14,000-square-feet 'Awili Spa and Salon, and multiple dining options. For casual bites, visit the Bumbye Bar just steps away, or savor fine dining at Morimoto's. - SeaGlass Villa 810 is located in front of a swimming pool used by all guests. It is on the ground level. Resort guests can walk by the villa and may be able to see into the garden area or the great room. This is an ideal home for people who enjoy being "where the action is". The outdoor patio is now fenced and surrounded by mature landscaping which was installed for your privacy.
- Maximum occupancy is for 8 guests using existing bedding. There is no sofa bed. Bedding is King Bed, King, Bed and 2 Queen Beds. Guests may request to rent extra beds for up to 8 guests over the age of two years of age.
- The villa is some distance from the resort porte cochere. A resort valet may be available to help drive guest, in guest's own vehicle, to the villa entrance, or an Andaz golf cart may be an option too, depending on staffing and activity at the porte cochere.
- All guests, by placing a reservation, agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Andaz Maui House Rules and Condominium Association "Documents".
- Please expect ambient audible living noises including, but not limited to, children playing, person-to-person conversations, public space music, on-site or adjacent luaus or live music, and on-site or adjacent parties, group conventions, sunset horns, and firework celebrations. Andaz Resort luaus typically take place on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evenings but the schedule is subject to change.
- Poolside lounge chairs are available for guest use on a first come, first served basis. Cabanas are available for rent by reservation.
- On-site maintenance for the patio hot soak tub/plunge pool is frequently performed by Andaz staff.
